The saying "it takes a village to raise a child" inspires me to say "it takes a family to build a family business". I am most proud of the Davis family and the entire team.
History:
Conrad started the company after graduating from the University of Maine in 1976. He has maintained his position throughout the years, expanding the company as well as its services. While growing the company, he raised his three children, Nicole, Lyndsey, and Christopher. They have all established themselves within the Company, with Nicole becoming VP of Finance and Chris becoming VP of Operations. They, along with Lyndsey and his grandson Bentley, prove to be his pride and joy. Conrad says, "To see the Company move into a second generation of operation is one of my life's greatest accomplishments. I am a very blessed man."

History:
Nicole began her work at Davis as an assistant to the receptionist when she was 14 years old and held the position of VP of Finance. She was responsible for all functions of the accounting office including all bookkeeping, payroll, human resource functions, as well as all contract functions and front end duties. Nicole was an integral part of the Davis Team and her dedication was unsurpassed.
She graduated from St. Dominic Regional High School and Central Maine Community College, where she obtained her AAS from the Business Management and Administration program. While at CMCC, Nicole was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and graduated with Double Honors. She resided in Lewiston with the love of her life, Jeff, and their fur baby Weezy (who doubled as an Office Mascot).
She valiantly battled Breast Cancer for three years and passed away on May 23, 2016, at the age of 32. REST IN PEACE, DEAR ONE. YOU HAVE EARNED YOUR ANGEL WINGS.
Christopher T. Davis

History:
After many years of helping Dad around the shop, Chris quickly climbed through the ranks of the crew. He now maintains full control of all Departments and is in full charge of all daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer relations throughout the Company. Chris graduated with a degree in Horticulture from SMCC. He currently serves on the MELNA Executive Committee board. He resides in Lewiston, ME. He is looking forward to the future growth of the Company as he continues to embark on taking the helm as the second generation.
Gary D. Booker

History:
Gary has been employed with Davis Landscape Company since 1992. He began his tenure as a simple general laborer, quickly working his way through the ranks ranging from the Lawn Care Dept. to Management. With his years of extensive family experience in Hardscaping and Masonry, Gary found his niche within the Hardscape Department here at Davis. With over two decades of employment at Davis Landscape Company, Inc. , Gary has proven himself an invaluable and loyal member of the Davis Landscape Family.
Gary is now the Hardscape Department Manager in charge of all aspects of the Hardscape projects that Davis is involved with. Gary is involved from the estimating through the installation of these projects and manages the entire Hardscape Department on a daily and perpetual basis. Gary resides in Lisbon with his son, Christian.

History:
Scott has been with the company since its inception in 1976. Scott started as a simple laborer, pedaling his bike to work every day. He has worked his way up to Chief Field Supervisor overseeing daily operations in the field and keeps a watchful eye on everything. He resides in Lewiston, Me. He has four children, Amanda, Erica, Krista, Joshua, and four grandchildren, Anthony, Lily, Genevieve, and Sean. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his Harley and wood working.

History:
Sarah has been with the company since 2011. She is an integral member of the Davis team. Sarah received her Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern Maine. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the landscaping industry and enjoys creating designs that allow people to minimize the constraints, while maximizing the potential opportunities specific to their site. She lives with her family in Yarmouth.

History:
Leo has been with Davis Landscape since 1989. He started at the bottom of the ranks, riding a scooter to work every morning. Leo has worked himself up to being one of the finest and most dedicated employees in the history of the company. His attention to detail and perfection make him second to none. Leo has gained a mastery of all things hardscape, wherein he has the vision, the knowledge, and the experience to transform any area into a timeless treasure. He resides in Auburn with his wife Wendy, and son Nicholas. His talent is extraordinary and he is personally requested by our clients to work on their projects.

History:
Monique has been with Davis Landscape since 2014. Being a life long friend of the Davis Family, Monique stepped up to the plate and offered to help Nicole a couple days as week along with an existing part-time job she already held elsewhere, when Nicole was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. After Nicole's untimely passing, Monique took on the job full-time to assist and help in the Family business. She now performs all of the Accounting duties within the office including all customer and vendor accounts, contract files, interoffice business as well as reception. She has become an integral part of the Davis Landscape Team and is considered part of the Davis Family.
She resides in Bowdoin with her husband David and has four grown children and several grandchildren. She enjoys camping, cooking, and spending time with her Family. We are blessed and thankful to have such a dear friend.
We are proud to introduce the staff and team members of Davis Landscape Co Inc. We are extremely proud of their dedication and their loyalty not only to the Company, but to the clients we serve.
